Who sets the consultation fee?

Each employee sets their own fee, typically between INR 29 and INR 999. Higher-rated, more experienced employees generally charge more. ReferView adds a flat 10% platform fee on top of the employee's fee. The total you pay is the employee's fee + platform fee.

When do I get charged?

You're charged immediately when you submit a request. The funds are held in escrow and only released to the employee after both parties confirm the referral was submitted. If the employee doesn't respond within 24 hours, the full amount is automatically refunded to you.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund: If the employee doesn't respond within 24 hours, or if you raise a valid dispute that we investigate and confirm.

Partial refund: If the employee rejects your request after reviewing your resume, they receive a partial fee for their time, and you receive the remainder back.

No refund: If the referral was confirmed by both parties, no refund is issued.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant Indian payment gateway. ReferView never sees or stores your full card or bank details — they are handled directly by Razorpay's secure infrastructure. Your consultation fee is held in escrow and only released to the employee after the referral is confirmed.

How do employees receive their earnings?

Earnings are held in your ReferView wallet and can be withdrawn to your bank account or via PayPal/UPI anytime you have at least INR 20 available. Payouts are processed within 2–3 business days. ReferView deducts the platform fee (10–15% depending on tier) before adding to your wallet.
