How trust is earned and rewarded on ReferView

ReferView is built on trust. Our reputation system rewards employees who reliably review candidates, refer the ones who fit, share useful feedback and deliver helpful sessions, and helps candidates choose who to ask. Every employee starts at Gold. Great service and ratings take you to Platinum and the largest share of each price.

How your tier is decided

• Everyone starts at Gold: you keep 90% of your price from your first request.
• Platinum: complete 10 or more requests and sessions, and keep an average rating of 4.5★ or more from at least 5 candidate reviews.
• Silver: if your average rating falls below 3.5★ after at least 3 reviews, you move to Silver until it recovers.
• Your tier updates automatically after each rating and completed request.

The remainder of each price is ReferView's commission, which supports verification, dispute resolution, and support. Candidates also pay a separate 10% platform fee.

Protecting the system

Reputation cannot be bought. Reviews are tied to confirmed referrals and sessions, and we monitor for manipulation. Marking a referral as submitted when it was not, policy violations or upheld disputes can lead to removal from the marketplace.

For candidates

Tier badges and ratings on each profile help you choose confidently. If a referral is not submitted in time you are refunded in full, as described in our Terms. Interviews and offers are decided by employers and are never promised.
