ReferView is built on trust. Our reputation system rewards employees who consistently deliver helpful consultations and genuine referrals, and helps candidates choose who to work with. The more value you create, the higher your tier, and the larger your share of every fee.

How reputation is calculated

• Completed referrals: the number of requests you've successfully fulfilled and that candidates confirmed.
• Average rating: candidate reviews on a 5-star scale after each completed request.
• Reliability: responding within the 24-hour window and honouring commitments. Expired or disputed requests lower your standing.

The remainder of each fee is ReferView's platform commission, which funds escrow protection, verification, dispute resolution, and support.

Protecting the system

Reputation cannot be bought. Reviews are tied to confirmed requests, and we actively monitor for manipulation. Repeated missed deadlines, policy violations, or upheld complaints can reduce your tier or, in serious cases, lead to removal from the marketplace.
