Each employee sets separate prices for 15 and 30-minute sessions. You see both before you book.
Pick an open time and pay
Times are generated from the employee's weekly hours, minus time off and existing bookings. The price is checked again when you book.
The employee confirms, you meet
They confirm before the session starts. Message them from your dashboard to share context.
Confirm it happened
Their earnings are released only after you confirm, or 24 hours after they mark it delivered.

Refunds. Full refund if the employee cancels or does not confirm in time. You can cancel for a full refund until 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling means cancelling and booking a new time.

Set your own price for 15 and 30-minute sessions, publish weekly hours in your time zone and block days off. Candidates can only book times you are free.

Career Guidance questions
Why are 15 and 30-minute sessions priced separately?
Each employee chooses their own price for each length. A 30-minute session is not always double the 15-minute price, so both are shown before you book.
How do I join the session?
After the employee confirms, agree how you will meet using the messages in your dashboard. ReferView does not host the call itself.
Can I reschedule?
Rescheduling is not supported directly. You can cancel for a full refund until 24 hours before the session and book a new time.
Can I use my referral earnings to pay?
Yes. Your ReferView wallet balance, including referral earnings, can pay for sessions from your candidate workspace.
Is a referral included in a session?
No. Career Guidance is a conversation. If you want a referral, send a separate referral request to an employee at that company.
