      Candidates send you a job ID, their resume and a note. Refer the ones whose profile fits through your employer's process, and give honest feedback to the rest.

      You keep 90% of your price from day one, and 95% at Platinum. Earnings reach your wallet when the candidate confirms your response, or automatically 24 hours later unless there is a dispute.

    What exactly am I paying for?
    An employee's time to review your profile for one specific job. They independently decide whether a referral is appropriate based on fit and their employer's policy, or share written feedback. Feedback without a referral can complete the paid review. You see the employee's price, the 10% platform fee and the total before paying.
    Is a referral guaranteed?
    No. The employee decides independently based on fit and their employer's policy. If they do not refer you, they share feedback instead, and they can choose to refund you. A referral also does not guarantee an interview or a job: the employer alone decides.
    When do I get a refund?
    Automatically and in full if the employee declines your request, does not accept it within 24 hours, or does not respond within 24 hours of accepting. An employee can also choose to refund you instead of keeping the fee. If a referral marked as submitted was not made, raise a dispute from your dashboard and our team reviews it.
    How do employees earn, and when can they use the money?
    Every employee starts at Gold and keeps 90% of their price, whether they refer the candidate or share feedback. Great service and ratings raise that to 95% at Platinum, and an average rating below 3.5★ lowers it to 85% at Silver. Earnings are credited to their ReferView wallet when the candidate confirms the response, or automatically 24 hours later unless there is a dispute. The balance can pay for their own profile reviews or sessions. Withdrawal requests require an approved PAN, a minimum of INR 100, and admin approval.
    Who can refer candidates on ReferView?
    Employees must provide a work email for either verification route. They can verify with an email code or submit employee documentation for review by our team; ReferView also approves each profile before it appears. Workplace verification is not employer endorsement. Employees act independently, should follow their employer's referral policies, and do not represent their employers.
    How do I pay, and is my payment safe?
    You can pay from your ReferView wallet balance, or through the payment provider shown at checkout when one is enabled. ReferView does not store your card details. Your payment is held until you confirm the employee's response or session.
    Is Mock Interview available?
    Mock Interview is planned but is not available to book. No launch date has been announced. Today you can request role-specific profile reviews and book separate Career Guidance sessions.
